What is The People’s Open?
The People’s Open is a tournament where every golfer—whether a seasoned pro or an aspiring player—has a real chance to compete for a competitive purse. No membership required. No status needed. Just you, your game, and the pressure of playing for something meaningful.
Our goal for The People’s Open is to provide players with an authentic big-tournament experience, where both the playing pressure and financial stakes reflect what it’s like at the highest levels of professional golf.
Mini-Tour players often compete for purses that barely cover expenses, forcing them to win just to break even. We believe that if you have the talent, you should be playing for life-changing payouts—not just entry refunds.
For aspiring professionals, The People’s Open can be the launchpad they need. With top-tier payouts, we aim to give players both the confidence and resources to pursue golf careers full-time.
